With vision and hearing  being core tenants of the Lions mission, we have tried to focus on activities related to vision and helping children. Listed are organizations that we have supported with funds generated from our various fundraisers:

3. Hampshire Library - Large Print Materials

4. Eye exams and glasses for children

5. Ski for Sight (sponsor visually impaired skiers)

6. Lions of Illinois Foundation

7. Foundation for Fighting Blindness

8. Hadley School for the Blind

9. American Diabetes Association to combat blindness

10. Hampshire Area Chamber of Commerce

11. Camp Lion

12. Burlington-Hampshire Area Food Pantry

 

In addition, the club contributes monies to support the following activities:
